Woman assaults fellow woman in Famagusta for staring at his boyfriend

In North Cyprus, the men are not the only ones who are super protective of their partners, the women are too, so make sure not to stare at that man if his woman is by his side.

A 26-year-old woman was arrested by Turkish Cypriot police for physically assaulting a woman for allegedly staring at her boyfriend.

According to report, the incident happened at around 8:00pm on Famagusta on Tuesday November 26, 2024 when the suspect identified only as FEEH, 26 severely assaulted a woman by striking various parts of her body, allegedly because she looked at her boyfriend. 

The incident also caused damage by breaking three prosthetic nails on the victim's hands.

According to the information provided by the police, the individual in question has been arrested.

The investigation is ongoing.
