Wild donkey dies after it was hit by twp vehicles on the Yeşilköy-Ziyamet road

A wild donkey died after it was hit by two vehicles on Yeşilköy-Ziyamet main road on Thursday night.

The incident happened at around 9:00 pm on Thursday November 14 on the Yeşilköy-Ziyamet main road when two vehicles hit a wild donkey that entered the road carelessly.

According to police statement, a car driven by 61-year-old Mehmet Cansoy driving from the direction of Yeşilköy to the direction of Ziyamet inadvertently hit a wild donkey that was crossing the main road from the left to the right.

As a result of the impact, the donkey was thrown onto the right side of the road, and then hit by car driven by 22-year-old Abdullah Erkan, who was driving towards Yeşilköy.

The drivers of the vehicles were not injured in the accident and the donkey in question died at the scene of the accident.
