TRNC government expels 7 foreign nationals, bans 7 Iranians from entering the country

The TRNC Council of Ministers banned 7 Iranian nationals from entering the country and also declared 7 people as banned immigrants.

The decisions were published in the Official Gazette on Thursday November 14.

Accordingly, it was decided to ban the entry of seven individuals of Iranian origin to the TRNC in accordance with Article 7 of Chapter 105 of the Law on Foreigners and Immigration, in the interest of public interest and security, since they work for the Iranian Intelligence Agency and are prohibited from entering the Republic of Turkey.

The Council of Ministers also decided to declare S.S, K.G and R.K, who are Turkish nationals, A.K, a Russian national and J.C.A., T.O and J.S.A, who are all Nigerians as prohibited immigrants after evaluating all the findings and facts, as they are likely to act in a way that endangers public order, administrative order or general morality, or to incite hostility among the people of the TRNC and against the state, or to plot against the authority and power of the state.
