Man steals money meant to pay his co-workers in Famagusta

A 59-year-old man working in Famagusta, north Cyprus reportedly stole money meant to pay his colleagues which was given to him by his employer.

The suspect, R.Ç., 59, a Turkish nationals between the period August-October reportedly stole a total of 46,700 TL, which was the monthly salary and overtime pay entrusted to him by his employer.

He was identified and arrested Saturday November 16 after the police were informed of the incident.
