73-year-old man stole over 40,000 TL from a wallet he found at Ercan

A 73-year-old man was arrested at Ercan Airport on Tuesday for stealing over 40,000 Turkish Liras from a wallet he found at the airport.

According to police press statement, the suspect named only as SNK, 73who stole approximately 43,000 TL from a wallet he found in Ercan.

The wallet belong to an individual at the airport.

The suspect also stole 1,000 US Dollars, 100 Euros and 4,000 TL in cash and various cards.

Police's investigation into the incident is ongoing.
