Fire breaks out in a spare parts shop in Çatalköy Industrial Zone

A fire outbreak has been reported in an auto parts warehouse operating in the Çatalköy Industrial Zone on Monday morning.

The cause of the fire which reportedly started at around 10:00am on Monday is yet to be determined.

According to Police Press Office statement, the fire was brought under control and extinguished with the intervention of police, fire brigade and Civil Defense teams. 

Cooling efforts are still ongoing.

Various vehicle parts were burned and damaged in the fire.

An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
