Driver fined for reckless driving in Kyrenia

A driver has been fined by Turkish Cypriot police for reckless driving in Kyrenia.

After images of a van driver recklessly skidding through a puddle on Gazi Osman Paşa Street in Kyrenia, endangering lives, were shared on social media, traffic teams from the Kyrenia Police Department identified the driver.

According to information from the Police Press Office, the driver was fined 6,785.20 TL and received 25 penalty points for dangerous driving that put human lives at risk.
