Driver fined for carrying passengers without closing the door of the vehicle

Turkish Cypriot police said it fined a driver who was seen carrying passengers in his bus without closing the door of the bus.

The images of a driver carrying passengers in a mini bus with its door open while driving in Kyrenia were shared on social media.

According to Police Press statement, the minibus driver who endangered human life by carrying passengers with the door open while driving was given a fine of 6,785 TL and 20 kuruş and 20 penalty points.
