Traffic light stolen in Kyrenia

Video footage emerged on Tuesday of a man stealing a set of traffic lights from an intersection on Dr. Fazıl Küçük Street in Kyrenia.

The footage was captured by a CCTV camera located at the intersection at around 5am on Monday.

It showed an unidentified man inspecting the traffic lights, before making an unsuccessful attempt to pull them off the post to which they were attached.

He then returned to make another attempt, this time successfully dislodging the traffic lights and making off with them.
