Thief steals over 6,000 pounds and passports from a residence in north Cyprus

A man who entered a residence in Safaköy through the balcony door and stole £6,000, has been arrested. 

It was discovered that the suspect was staying in the country without permission and had also stolen 34,290 TL, £360, and passports belonging to six people from another residence.

Upon further investigation, the police identified and arrested QL, 43 as the suspect. Immigration checks revealed that QL was residing in the country illegally without a valid residence permit.

Additionally, the investigation uncovered that QL had broken into another residence in Safaköy, stealing 34,290 TL, £360, and six passports.
