Former model accuses Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of sexual assault in new suit

Former model accuses Sean 'Diddy' Combs of sexual assault in new suit
A former model, Crystal McKinney, has filed a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing him of sexual assault in 2003.

According to the lawsuit, Combs assaulted McKinney at his music studio after a Men’s Fashion Week dinner.

McKinney alleges that she was offered a joint that she believes was laced with a narcotic, and after refusing further drinks and drugs, Combs pressured her, forced her to perform oral sex, and kissed her without consent.

She passed out and woke up alone in a taxi.

McKinney’s lawsuit comes after Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura filed a lawsuit against Combs in November, accusing him of rape, which was quickly settled.

Surveillance video from 2016 showed Combs physically abusing Ventura, leading to his apology on Instagram.

McKinney claims that after the alleged assault, she was “blackballed” from the modeling industry, experienced anxiety and depression, and attempted suicide in 2004.

The lawsuit states that Combs’ assault has had long-lasting effects on McKinney’s career and mental health.

The lawsuit also names Combs’ businesses, Bad Boy Records and Sean John Clothing, and Universal Music as defendants, alleging that they enabled Combs’ behavior.

McKinney felt compelled to come forward after Ventura and four others accused Combs of sexual misconduct.
