Man shot in both legs in Lefkosia

A man was seriously injured in Lefkosia on Friday afternoon after he was shot on both feet.

The incident happened at around 6.15pm on Friday, March, 22 on Akın Başak Street in the Küçük Kaymaklı region of Lefkosia when the victim, 37-year-old Bilal Tula was shot and injured in both feet by an unknown male person. 

Police said Tula was rushed to the Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital where he is currently receiving treatment.

The male suspect is wanted by the police as  investigation was ongoing.
