Turkish man dies in North Cyprus after falling with a water tank he was repairing

Man dies in Lefkosia after he fell with a water tank he was repairing at the top of an apartment building in Lefkosia. 

The unfortunate incident happened around 11:30pm on Wednesday night at the social housing in the Kermiya district of Lefkosia as a result of the water tank tipping over when its iron legs broke.

Cumali Ayman, 55, a Turkish national who lives in the building was trying to repair the leaking water tank on the roof of the apartment building when he fell with the tank. 

Cumali hit his head on the ground and died at the scene.

In the autopsy performed on Ayman, the police announced that the cause of death was "Fall, Being Under Weight, Multiple Skull Fractures and Brain Hemorrhage".

In the statement, it was stated that the police investigation into the incident was continuing.
