14 people arrested for living in north Cyprus without residence permit

A total of 14 people who were found to be residing in the country without a residence permit were arrested and detained on Wednesday.

They were identified and arrested during inspections and controls carried out by Turkish Cypriot police across the country on Tuesday night. 

They were brought to court and legal proceedings were initiated against them.

Police investigation continues.
