Meghan Markle has made a COMEBACK to the entertainment industry

Meghan Markle has announced her comeback to the entertainment industry and said she is “thrilled” with the move after putting royal life behind her.

Meghan, who was a working actress when she met Prince Harry, has announced that she is moving into production with her husband Prince Harry and they have lots of new projects “on the slate”.

Meghan stepped down as a senior working Royal in 2020 and moved to California with her husband and since then they have signed a $100 million contract with streaming giant Netflix.

Last night, the new TV and film producer attended Variety magazine’s Power of Women gala in Los Angeles, where she looked incredibly chic in a beige-hued gown. With her brunette locks tied back into a sleek style, the Duchess of Sussex had all eyes on her as she walked the red carpet.

While in attendance at the event, the Duchess – who is a doting mother to son Archie, 4, and daughter Lilibet, 2 – joked she was having a “mom’s night out”. She also teased some exciting projects that she and her husband have in the pipeline as part of her major comeback to the entertainment industry.

Speaking to a reporter from Entertainment Tonight on the red carpet, Meghan laughed and replied “exactly” when it was suggested she was having a “mom’s night out”. And of course, the former Suits star couldn’t help but gush over her husband and their upcoming projects, with her also mentioning how she felt “thrilled” to be back in the world of entertainment.

“We have so many exciting things on the slate. I can’t wait until we can announce them, but I’m just really proud of what we’re creating,” she swooned while on the red carpet.
