Another increase is here: Electricity tariff increased by 1TL

Another holiday package is here as the government of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus announces another increase and this time, it's the price of electricity, the second of such increase in one day.

The Cyprus Turkish Electricity Authority (KIB-TEK) Board of Directors on Monday announced a new arrangement in electricity fees.

By the new arrangement, electricity prices have increased by about 1 TL.

According to the statement made by the institution, the new prices will come into effect from 1 July.

Earlier today, the government increased the price of fuel by 1.50TL.
