Man sexually assaults teenager while washing her hair

A local man will be tried in court for sexually assaulting a child who came to his shop to maker her hair. 

The suspect, named only as NT, a hairdresser committed the crime on Wednesday, April, 12. He was arrested and taken to court on Thursday, April, 13 on charges of "Sexual Abuse and Sexual Assault of a Child."

Speaking in court, police said the suspect, who works as a hairdresser, sexually assaulted 13-year-old victim named only as CA, who came to the shop where he worked as a customer, while washing her hair.

Stating that the little girl gave a statement in the presence of a social worker, the police also stated that the short-term video recording of the little girl during the incident was received.

The police pointed out that the issue was very new and serious and said it had a serious negative impact on the child. 

Stating that there was no camera footage in the area where the incident took place, and that an additional investigation was started, which includes the camera footage, business records and eyewitnesses who saw the incident in the region by deepening the investigation, the police stated that the release of the suspect would adversely affect the process and demanded that he be detained in the police for 1 day.

Evaluating the matter, the judge ordered the suspect to be detained for 1 day.
