Man rescued from drowning in Taşlıca village

A 47-year-old man was at risk of drowning after falling from a boat into the sea offshore of Taşlıca village on Wednesday.

Ashwin Mohanlal Kansara, 47 who was in the boat with GA, 45 reportedly fell into the sea, about 4 kilometers offshore of Taşlıca village on Wednesday.

Ashwin Mohanlal Kansara was rescued and taken to the Intensive Care Service of the Famagusta State Hospital. 

GA, was arrested following the incident for negligent.
