Drunk woman crashed into another car in Famagusta

A 32-year-old woman was arrested for drunk driving after she drove into the back of a vehicle in Famagusta.

The incident happened at around 1:30pm on Monday in Famagusta when a drunk woman identified as Valeriia Federiakina, 32 drove into the back of a vehicle.

The vehicle in front had come to a sudden halt due to heavy traffic when she drove into it from behind.

Valeriia who was found to have 306 milligrams of alcohol in her system following testing, was arrested.

No one was injured in the accident, and the police are continuing their investigation.
