Cloudy and rainy weather on Monday, with thunderstorms

The weather will be cloudy almost all day long with local showers and isolated thunderstorms across the island.

Snow or snow-showers will be falling on Troodos mountains.

Winds will be westerly to south-westerly, initially moderate but turning strong to very strong by early afternoon. Their force will be 4 to 5 and at times 6 Beaufort.

The sea will be moderate to rough.

The temperature will rise to 14 degrees Celsius inland, 15 C in coastal areas and 4 degrees Celsius in the mountains.
