TRNC reduces fuel prices

The government of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus has announced a reduction in the price of petroleum products.

A discount of between 38 Kurus and 1.24TL was announced by the Minister of Economy and Energy, Minister Amcaoğlu on Friday.

The reduction was necessitated due to the decrease in global oil prices.

Accordingly, the new prices are as follows:
95 Octane Gasoline reduced from 20.29 to 19.91TL
98 Octane Gasoline reduced from 20.60 to 20.22TL
Euro Diesel reduced from 23.69 to 22.68TL
Kerosene/Gas oil was reduced from 24.16TL to 22.92TL

On, Friday, September, 9, the government announced an increase in fuel.

The new price discount will come into effect from midnight on Saturday, September, 24, 2022.
