Aderemi Adekoya, UNFICYP’s Senior Adviser, has championed the cause of women in leadership roles throughout his career with United Nations Peacekeeping. He believes that men and women need to work together for societies to usher in a holistic, gender-responsive, sustainable solution for conflict in any form.
