Water and egg prices increase by 5TL and 40 Kurus respectively

Due to the increase in fuel prices, companies producing bottle water have decided to increase it by 5TL, while the chicken farms, raised the price of egg by 40 kurus per eggs which is due to the increasing cost of living which affected production.

According to a report by YENİDÜZEN who reached out to 3 different companies, it was announced that a 5 TL hike in 19 liter bottle water prices will come into effect on Monday, 20 June.

By Monday, the price of 19-liter bottle water of some brands will increased to 20 TL and some to 22 TL.

According to the information obtained, 0.5 liter, 1 liter and glass water prices will also increase.

Increase in egg price...

On the other hand, chicken farms, which stated that the increasing cost of living affected the production, also increased the price of egg by 40 cents per egg, which means a single egg will be sold for between 2 TL to 2.40 TL.

The egg, which was increased 2 times in May, was sold for 1,80 TL on 9 May, while it increased to 2 TL on 26 May. On June 18, the egg will cost 2.40 TL per egg.
