Minor tremor measuring 3.0 on Richter scale felt in Limassol, south Cyprus
A small tremor measuring 3.0 on the Richter scale was felt in some parts of the island on Sunday afternoon.
According to a report by the Cyprus News Agency, the tremor happened at around 1:25pm on Sunday and was mainly felt in Limassol, south Cyprus where the epicentre was located.
According to the European Seismological Centre, the earthquake was felt in various areas of Cyprus.
First information put the measurement at 3.0.
According to Limassol police, the small quake did not cause any damage.
