Prices of alcohol reduced by TRNC Prime Minister

The prices of alcohol has been reduced by half, announced Prime Minister Faiz Sucuoğlu on Tuesday.

Sucuoğlu announced that the fund applied to alcoholic beverages has also been reduced. 

Stating that the price balance between the discount, tourism, and the price balance between the North and South were effective in the discount, Sucuoğlu announced that the fund for alcoholic beverages was reduced from 50 TL per liter to 25 TL per liter.

The new prices are:
Imported drinks from 50 TL to 25 TL
Local drink from 40 TL to 15 TL
Wine from 20 TL to 7 TL
Beer from 15 TL to 5 TL
Draft beer from 17.5 TL to 6 TL
