73-year-old Greek Cypriot man stabs Somalia man in south Cyprus

A young Somalian man has been stabbed with a knife by a 73-year-old Greek Cypriot man on Tuesday in Paphos.

The injured man, 30 was rushed to the Paphos General Hospital where he underwent surgery and receiving treatment following the attack.

Police said the man attacked the Somalian under conditions that are being investigated.

Police said, even though the injury is serious, his condition is out of danger.

The 73-year-old man has been arrested but is yet to say why he stabbed the young man.

Report say the man said he did not know the injured man from Somali.
