Man in police custody for carrying sex enhancement drug

A Turkish man identified only as A.B.G was caught with sex enhancement drug while trying to enter the TRNC via Ercan Airport.

According to police report, the suspect was arrested on Monday, February, 21, 2022, while he was about to leave the airport in his car.

He was taken to a court in Lefkosa on Tuesday on charges of carrying sexual enhancement drug.

Police said a large amount of money and gold were found during a search carried out on the suspect's vehicle.

63 gels and 5 drops of sexual power-enhancing drugs were found in his suitcase and were taken as evidence.

Also, 6 full and 7 half gold coins, 3,900 dollars, 5,863 Euros, 1,530 pounds and 6,400 TL cash were found in his vehicle.

The suspect in his voluntary statement to the police said, "I worked and saved" 

Police said nothing illegal was detected in the search carried out at the residence on the same day.
