TRNC government officially increase fuel prices

The TRNC Ministry of Economy and Energy has officially increased the price of fuel products. 

In a statement by the Ministry on Thursday, it stated that fuel prices were regulated according to the Regulation on the Pricing Principles of Petroleum Products, and it was noted that a new pricing will be made in 15 days, based on the dollar rate and foreign fuel prices.

The new prices is as follows:

-95 Octane: 12.60 TL
-98 Octane: 12.84 TL
-Euro Diesel: 12.55 TL
-Kerosene: 12.67 TL

Fuel prices were last increased on December 14, 2021 when the dollar rate was 14.27 to the TL, and the price per liter were;

-95 Octane: 11.65 TL
-98 Octane: 11.89 TL
-Euro Diesel: 11.23 TL
-Kerosene: 11.13 TL 

The new price increase will be effective after midnight  on Thursday.
