Winter working hours in pharmacies in TRNC to start on Monday

Starting from Monday, September, 13, pharmacies will switch to winter working hours.

According to a statement made by the Cyprus Turkish Pharmacists Association published in the Official Gazette, winter working hours in pharmacies will continue until May 15, 2022, and service will be provided between 8.00am and 5.30pm on weekdays and between 8.00am-1.30pm on Saturdays.

According to the winter working hours and shift lists in pharmacies, pharmacies located in Lefkosia, Famagusta, Girne, Güzelyurt and Lapta-Alsancak-Karşıyaka regions will open from September 13 to May 15, 2022, between 8.00am-5.30pm on weekdays and between 8.00am-1.30pm on Saturdays. 

Pharmacies on duty will be opened until midnight. 

Only pharmacies on duty will be open during the hours when pharmacies will be closed on weekdays, after 1.30pm on Saturdays and on Sundays and public holidays.

Different working hours will be applied in pharmacies in rural areas.
