Indoor areas of bars and clubs are prohibited from use in TRNC
Vaccination will now be required when entering open areas in the TRNC and closed areas of bars and clubs will not be used.
The new decisions were taken by the Higher Committee for Infectious Diseases Act on Thursday.
The new resolutions are:
-Vaccinated persons coming from England (United Kingdom) will be able to enter the country without quarantine until 31.08.2021. Re-evaluation will be made on the specified date.
-Persons who received the last dose of vaccine will be considered as vaccinated persons 14 days after the last dose date.
-Regardless of the size of the bars and clubs, more than 250 customers will not be accepted.
-Unvaccinated persons will not be admitted.
-Indoor areas of bars and clubs will not be used.
The number of people will be determined in such a way that one person per 2 m2 of open areas and the number of people determined at the same time will be accepted into the area.
Persons working in these sectors are required to wear masks and will repeat their PCR tests every 7 days. It is obligatory to comply with the specified rules and if it is determined that it is not followed, criminal action will be applied in accordance with Article 43 (6) of the Infectious Diseases Law 45/2018. In addition, undertakings will be signed by these sectors.
-Regardless of the size of the open areas for collective dance, ceremonies, music, concerts, etc., no more than 250 customers will be accepted.
- Regardless of the size of the wedding venues, more than 250 customers will not be accepted.
