24-year-old falls to his death from a building window in Famagusta

24-year-old Khalil Musa Khalil AFANEH has died after falling from the window of his apartment building in Famagusta.

The unfortunate incident happened at about 5:45pm on Wednesday.

According to information released by the Police Press Officer, Khalil whose apartment door on the sixth floor was locked from the inside had tried to gain entrance into the apartment by trying to pass through the aluminum window in the stairwell to the window of his apartment when he lost his balance and fell on the concrete floor from a height of 20.74 meters.
