Erdoğan want Nigeria to show solidarity with the Palestinian people

Turkey's president, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has called on Nigeria to show solidarity with the Palestinian people

Erdoğan made the call in a telephone conversation with Nigeria's president Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday, May, 13, 2021.

During the call, Erdoğan said he expects Nigeria to show solidarity with the Palestinian people.

The two leaders also discussed the necessary international attitude towards Israel in response Palestine's conflict with Israel.

Erdoğan said Turkey is trying to get the international community to teach a lesson to Israel, “which lacks law, justice, and a conscience."

He underscored that he expects Nigeria to show solidarity with the Palestinians "in this rightful cause."
