10 foreign nationals hold house party in Kyrenia, assault 81-year-old for interfering

A group of foreigners who organized a "house party" in Kyrenia  on Saturday night, despite the curfew were arrested for having an argument with an 81-year-old man who was later rushed to the hospital.

The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday morning in Kyrenia. 

According to police report, about 10 foreign nationals were having a party for entertainment in an apartment when they were approached and warned by an 81-year-old man for making noise.

They reportedly battered the 81-year-old man who became ill and was taken to the hospital and kept under observation

They were arrested and legal action taken against them.

Also, a total of 84 people were determined to have violated curfew orders on Sunday.
