Cyprus Weather Update: Orange warning for strong weather conditions on Monday and Tuesday

The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has issued an orange weather warning for rainfall and thunderstorms for Monday and Tuesday.

The warning is valid between 4:00pm on Monday to 8:00am on Tuesday.

The Meteorology Department says that rain, at times, and isolated thunderstorms are expected to affect the area. 

The total rain accumulation is locally likely to exceed 55 millimeters in a one-hour period, while there might be hail.
