8 New cases of coronavirus reported in TRNC on Sunday

8 new cases of Covid-19 were reported in Northern Cyprus on Sunday which brings the total number of cases there so far to 1,103.

1,093 tests were carried out in the last 24 hours and 8 new cases were confirmed.

4 of the cases came to the TRNC by air, 2 by sea, 1 person came in contact with a previous case who is under surveillance and 1 was a local case.

They have started receiving treatment at the State Hospital Quarantine Service in Lefkosa.

8 people were discharged from the hospital after completing treatment.
