18 Syrian migrants entered south Cyprus from north Cyprus illegally

Eighteen Syrian migrants illegally entered south Cyprus from the north Cyprus on Thursday morning.

According to report, the migrants all male aged 18 to 30 were spotted at about 1.30am at Steradja coastal area in Kato Pyrgos, after arriving the north of the island by boat.

The migrants were transferred to the Kokkinotrimithia migrant camp.
