Turkish Cypriot man sexually harassed two underage girls in Güzelyurt by showing them his genitals

A Turkish Cypriot man has been arrested and detained for sexually harassing two underage girls in the district of  Bostancı, Güzelyurt

The accused identified as Hakan Elder sexually harassed two girls aged 8 and 9 in Bostancı. He committed the crime at about 5:00pm on Sunday, September, 6.

He was arrested and taken to court on Tuesday under heavy security measures.    

Police said the accused in his residence in Aşağı Bostancı reportedly showed the two girls his genitals and saying "bride and scratch" to both of them. 

Police said he sexually harassed them and acted inappropriately.   

Güzelyurt District Court Judge Dürye Elkıran ordered that the suspect be detained by the police for 3 days.
