Three Syrian migrants smuggled into TRNC in a lorry

Three Syrian migrants were smuggled into the TRNC on Tuesday hiding in a lorry.

According to police report, the migrants all male were found hiding in a lorry following a sting carried out by Drug Trafficking Prevention teams at Famagusta Port at around 11.00am on Tuesday.

They were arrested and detained.
