14 New cases of coronavirus reported in north Cyprus on Wednesday

14 new cases of coronavirus were reported in North Cyprus on Wednesday bringing the total number of cases there so far to 725.

TRNC Minister of Health Ali Pilli, stated that 1,323, tests were carried out in the last 24 hours and 14 positive cases encountered.

The Minister stated that 10 of the cases are those who came in contact with a previous case who are under surveillance and 4 are local cases.

They have started receiving treatment at the State Hospital Quarantine Service in Lefkosa.

24 people were discharged from the hospital after completing treatment.
