11 New cases of Covid-19 reported in TRNC Today

11 new cases of coronavirus were reported in North Cyprus on Wednesday which brings the total number of cases there so far to 639.

TRNC Minister of Health Ali Pilli, stated that 2,408 tests were carried out in the last 24 hours and 11 positive cases detected.

The Minister stated that 2 of the cases came to the TRNC by air, 5 of the cases are those who came in contact with a previous case who are under surveillance and 4 were local cases.

They have started receiving treatment at the State Hospital Quarantine Service in Lefkosa.

13 people were discharged from the hospital after completing treatment and two people were admitted at the intensive care unit.
