Fatal traffic accident on Lefkosa - Güzelyurt road ,1 injured

26-year-old Fezile Cankır lost control of her vehicle on the Güzelyurt main road and  crashed over the lighting pole and rolled over. 

26-year-old Fezile Cankır lost control of her steering wheel on the Nicosia Güzelyurt highway and crashed over the lighting pole in the direction of Güzelyurt with the vehicle.

The pole she hit fell onto  a car which was traveling the same direction driven by Birkan 

Başsaban.

Injuries are being treated at Lefkosa Main Hospital .

In the information given by the Police Press Officer, the following statements were stated:

At 09.30 am today, the vehicle with KL 010 plate driven by Fuzile CANKIR on the main road of Güzelyurt, she lost control  of the vehicle and she hit light pole in the middle median of the road.  crashed and rolled over.  The lighting pole, which was broken due to the impact, dropped onto the vehicle driven by Birkan BAŞSABAN  and caused damage. Treatment for the LDH, where the driver of the KL 010 license plate, which was injured by accident, was removed.  

The investigation is ongoing.
