Cyprus Weather Report: Mainly fine weather today, temperatures to reach 39C

Seasonal low pressure is affecting the area, with a hot air mass forecast from tomorrow. Thursday will be mainly fine and in the Thursday afternoon there will be increased local cloud, mainly in the mountains and inland

Temperatures will rise to 39 C inland, around 32 C on the east and south coasts and around 30 C on the other coasts and in the mountains.

At night, temperatures will fall to 22 C inland, around 23 C on the coast and around 19 C in the mountains.

Friday and Saturday will be mainly fine. At night and early in the morning there will be increased local low cloud and patchy fog.

Temperatures will edge up in the next few days, and on Saturday will be noticeably above average for the time of year, particularly in the mountains and inland.
