Two Jordanian students found dead in Gonyeli, 25-year-old resident arrested
Two Jordanian students were found dead in Gonyeli on Friday evening.
The students, Sabri İsmail SHARQAWI, 25 and Naser Sabri İsmail SHARQAWI, 20 who are brothers and from Jordan
were found dead at about 6:00pm in a Gonyeli apartment where they were staying as guests.
Police have launched a wide scale investigation into the incident.
Autopsies will be carried out on the bodies to determined the cause of death.
A 25 year-old man, who was staying in the same apartment, has been arrested and will appear in court on Saturday.
Police said they found blood stain believed to belong to the brothers on his shirt.
According to report, the suspect said he found lifeless body of the two brothers in the bedroom around 6:00pm on Saturday and went out on the streets to asked for help from the people around him by shouting "ambulance ambulance".
After medical officers who went to the scene determined that the two brothers were dead, police teams went to the scene to carry out an investigation.
