Russia launches new nuclear submarine named after Prince Vladimir

Russia President Vladimir Putin has said that his country  is developing the means to counter other countries’ nuclear weapons, according to  local reports.

It’s very likely that we will have means to combat hypersonic weapons by the time the world’s leading countries have such weapons, the RIA news agency cited Putin as saying.

Last Saturday  Russia revealed its largest nuclear. 

While Putin is sending a strong message to his compatriots as he courts their support for planned changes to the constitution, the submarine is meant to send a strong message to the world about Russia’s maritime might.
