US Dollars to Turkish Lira exchange rate hits new high record by exceeding 7.24 on Thursday
The Turkish Lira broke its historical record on Thursday by exceeding 7.24 to the dollars.
Exchange rates, which have been rising sharply since the beginning of the week, peaked today.
The USD/TL exchange rate ended the day on the high side on Wednesday reaching 7.20 at midnight and started the day on the same trend exceeding it's highest record level of 7.2422TL it set in August 2018 reaching 7.28TL level as at 9:40am on Thursday.
Also as at 9:50am on Thursday morning, the USD/TL sales price rose from 7,2261 lira to 7,2298.
