Turkey's coronavirus death toll reaches 3,258 with 122,392 total cases
Turkey's confirmed cases of the coronavirus increased by 2,188 on Friday and 84 more people have died, taking the death toll to 3,258.
Turkey's Health Minister Fahrettin Koca made the announcement in a Twitter post on Friday, May 1.
Turkey's total confirmed cases stood at 122,392 with 4,922 patients recovered in the last 24 hours, Koca shared on Twitter.
Turkey is currently treating 1,480 patients in intensive care units, along with 818 intubated patients.
