Cyprus Weather Today: Temperatures to reach 42 C today with dust in the atmosphere
It will be so hot on Monday with temperatures going above the seasonal average as a hot and dry air mass continues to
affect the area. Dust in the atmosphere will also cause pollution and discomfort.
Monday will be mainly fine and hot as the hot weather will continue until Wednesday.
Temperatures will rise to 42 C inland, around 38 C on the south and east coasts, around 37 C on the remaining coasts and around 32 C in the mountains.
At night, it will be fine and warm with temperatures dropping to 26 C inland, on the west, south and east coasts and 22 C on the north coast and mountains.
Temperatures inland and in the mountains are expected to remain at the same levels until Wednesday.
The weather on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday is expected to be clear and sunny with no major change in temperatures in the mountains while the temperature in coastal areas is expected to gradually decrease but still remain above average.
