Two eathquakes felt in south Cyprus
Two earthquakes measuring magnitude 3.5 and 3.2 were felt in several parts of southern Cyprus on Wednesday.
One of the earthquakes was felt in Paphos in the afternoon and the other in Larnaca area at 4.55pm.
According to the geological survey department, the first earthquake measuring 3.2 magnitude temblor was felt in Paphos. The epicenter was in the sea 22 kilometres from Kato Paphos at a depth of 6.86km.
The second earthquake with magnitude 3.5 was felt 3 hours later in Larnaca. Its epicenter was in the sea 26 kilometres south east at a depth of 8.82km.
No injuries or damage were reported.
