Turkey's coronavirus death toll reaches 2,259 with 95,591 total cases
Turkey's confirmed cases of the coronavirus increased by 4,611 in the past 24 hours, and 119 more people have died, taking the death toll to 2,259.
Turkey's Health Minister Fahrettin Koca made the announcement on Monday April 21.
Koca also said 39,429 tests were conducted over the past day, with the overall number of tests reaching 713,409.
Turkey is currently treating 1,865 patients in intensive care units, along with 1,006 intubated patients, Koca added.
