Pharmacy opening hours changed in TRNC
Pharmacies opening and closing hours have changed in north Cyprus in line with
the measures adopted by the government to contain the spread of
coronavirus.
While pharmacies will continue to remain open between 8:00am and 13:30pm, changes have been introduced to on duty pharmacies.
On-duty pharmacies in Lefkoşa, Girne, Gazimağusa, Güzelyurt İskele, Lefke and the Mesarya areas will be open between 1:30pm and 8:30pm.
The pharmacies on duty will be on-call until 12 midnight and will offer services only to emergency patients with prescriptions.
On-duty pharmacies in the Karpaz area where a full street curfew is currently in place will accept orders between 8am and 12 noon.
Delivery of medicines will be carried out by the municipalities between 12 noon and 3pm.
All pharmacies will accept customers in turn with no more than three people at a time.
